   The U.S. Team of OC International is conducting a national survey as part of our ongoing task to come alongside and help the Church here in the United States.  The goal of this survey is to make sure we become what pastors/leaders need today (and tomorrow).  That is why some questions are about you and, candidly, some questions are about us - we are trying to make sure our biases and our own experiences as pastors don't skew our understanding of your responses (you'll notice the change starting with question #10).

   This survey does NOT track you as a person. If you are interested in the completed results, you will have the ability to leave your email or postal address at the end.  But this information will not be tied to your answers!  When the final results are sent to you, along with our conclusions, you will then have the ability for 'non-anonymous' contact with the U.S. Team to dialog about what we found, what else you might want to state, how we might partner together, or how we might help you and/or your church.

   Our preliminary testing of the online version of this survey has shown that it takes, on average, around 15 minutes to complete.
